Steve has extensive experience as a litigation lawyer with both Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer and Lander & Rogers. After leaving private practice, Steve spent more than a decade working in the education sector and financial services industry, including in various leadership roles. He founded Insight Workplace Solutions in 2019.

Anna is an experienced litigation lawyer and was previously a senior associate with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. She has acted for major corporates in a wide range of commercial and regulatory disputes. Anna's strong people and communication skills enable her to obtain a full picture of the issues in dispute in a sensitive way.

Brigid has over 20 years' experience in strategy implementation and change management in corporate and not-for-profit organisations, including PwC and World Vision. She has a passion for helping organisations leverage diversity to create positive and inclusive workplaces, with a focus on cultural competence, awareness of unconscious bias and respectful communications.
