Investigations training

We provide practical training for organisations that conduct their own workplace investigations. Our programs are grounded in the principles that underpin fair and defensible investigations - procedural fairness, impartiality, sound decision‑making and clear reasoning - without overwhelming teams with legal technicalities.

Drawing on our investigation experience, we focus on helping HR practitioners exercise judgment, manage risk and navigate common pressure points, including scoping allegations, managing witnesses, assessing evidence and documenting findings. The training is designed to help internal teams understand not just how to run an investigation, but why particular choices matter - especially if decisions are later reviewed or challenged.
